The anti-wrinkle treatment is known as botulinum toxin under the brand name Allergan. This naturally occurring substance is produce by the bacteria clostridium botulinum, which impedes nerve signals to muscles which give the desired anti-wrinkle results.

The anti-wrinkle treatment works by relaxing the muscles, reducing contractions, minimising skin movement and effectively preventing and softening wrinkles.

Results will take effect within 3-5days, peaking at 2 weeks, with effects lasting 2-4 months.
